Verse 4

And he shall judge among the nations, and shall rebuke many people: and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

O house of Jacob, come and let us walk

In the light of the Lord.

The first part of this verse in Hebrew: "??? ???? ??? ?????" Beit Ya'akov Lekhu Venelkha ("House of Jacob, let us go [up]") is the basis of the acronym "Bilu" (Hebrew ????) which became the name of a twentieth-century movement in Israel.
